Château de Crans 2022 Pinot Noir combines the precision of thegrape varietywith the authenticity of the terroir. Produced from a carefully sorted grape harvest, it benefits from a 7-day pre-fermentation cold maceration, intensifying its cherry and Morello cherry notes. Traditional vatting with regular pumping-over ensures harmonious extraction of phenolic compounds, while alcoholic and malolactic fermentations add roundness and finesse. Ageing in stainless steel vats preserves the freshness of the fruit and reveals a full-bodied structure with silky tannins, good length and elegant aromatic persistence.
