‘Arcione’ by La Tunella is a blend of two native Friulian vines, Pignolo and Schioppettino, which give life to a wine of thickness, with structure and a remarkable range of aromas. It has its roots in the Friulian lands on the border with Austria and Slovenia, in the Far East. The company has used all its expertise to offer wine lovers a fine quality wine. Short period of drying and fermentation with maceration on the skins, then passing into French oak tonneaux. The refinement is 4 years in the same barrels, before being blended and bottled. Power, intensity, a hint of fruits and spices, a penetrating balsamic carpet and a smoky finish. Deep tannins but an unexpected softness.
