Elise Gaillard, daughter of Pierre Gaillard, manages this estate of about 18 hectares in Madeloc on the Cote Vermeille. This wine is a blend ofGrenacheNoir, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes. It displays an intense, very harmonious character with flavors of stewed red fruit, violet, spices and mineral hints. On the palate, you will find the lovely minerality. of a well-balanced wine with elegant, silky tannins with a refreshing finish.
