Colombard-Sauvignon2024–Blos

A bright, crisp and intensely aromatic white wine, ideal for those who love freshness. The Blos seduces with its vibrant notes of lime, grapefruit and exotic fruits, enhanced by a delicate floral touch. On the palate, it is a concentrate of freshness: thirst-quenching and light. Made from a blend of Colombard andSauvignongrapes grown on clay-limestone soils in Gascony, this wine benefits from a temperate oceanic climate that promotes beautiful aromatic purity. The winemaking process combines precision and respect for the fruit: direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees. The result is a taut, fruity wine with a clean finish. Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish, ceviche or lightly spiced exotic dishes.
