Once again, their cuvée Combarels Blanc impresses us with its complexity, balance and wealth of aromas. On the nose, a bouquet of citrus and dried fruit, notably peach and apricot. Full-bodied and well-balanced, with discreet acidity and a lingering finish. Made from a blend ofChardonnay ,GrenacheandViognier , we’re right back in theLanguedoc .
