Perfectly oriented, the plot is located on red clay. The Négrette acquires all its delicacy here. With a peony red colour, this cuvée is expressed through aromas of violet, black fruits, pepper and menthol. On the palate it is dense, rich, tasty with ripe texture, that coats the tannins and perfectly integrates them. Their tight grain supports the ensemble up to a long spicy and liquorice finish. Surely a great wine!
