Conscious was created for a customer who is looking to become more aware of what is within the wine they are drinking.

Grown in La Mancha, which is one of the most important wine-producing regions in Spain. The climate and geography of La Mancha, with its hot summer and cold winters, along with its limestone and clay soils, provide favourable conditions for grape cultivation.

A UK exclusive, that is proud to be a Lower Calorie wine in this innovative, fast growing space. A wine that boasts a 10% ABV and 0 sugar.

This wine is also vegan and vegetarian.

Conscious Sparkling is a blend of Macabeo (Viura) and Moscatel. Macabeo is a white grape variety widely cultivated in Spain, particularly in the regions of Rioja and Catalonia. It is known for its crisp acidity, medium body and delicate floral and citrus aromas. Moscatel, on the other hand, is a highly aromatic white grape variety known fo its intense floral and fruity aromas. It can display flavours of orange blossom, peach, apricot and tropical fruits.

Tasting Notes

Good release of fine and persistent bubbles, with good intensity fruit aromas as pineapple and apple. To the palate, it is fresh, warm, pleasant and round, with a nice acidity and a long finish.
