Constellations 2023 is an organic and natural white wine, made of Macabeu, Carignan Blanc and Grenache Gris produced by Marc Castan at Mamaruta estate.

70% Macabeu, 30% Carignan Blanc and Grenache Gris, from organically farmed vines planted on alluvial terraces. Vinification: gentle, slow direct pressing followed by a light 12-hour settling. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks, then the wine is transferred to 5th to 9th-use barrels to complete alcoholic fermentation. Daily stirring of the lees for one month. Aged 10 months on lees in barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur before bottling. Total SO2 < 20=""">
