Copperhead the Gibson Edition was invented in 2018 by world-renowned bartender Marian Beke, owner of the Gibson pub in London. Due to the vast flavour pallet, this edition is a unique savoury kind of gin inspired by the famous beverage Gibson Martini. 13 carefully selected spices historically used in pickling have been added to the original 5 Copperhead botanicals.

To round out this smooth and nuanced flavour, mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel, and dill seeds are combined with a touch of eight-year-old Genever. The Gibson Edition can be used to lend a pickled flavour to cocktails or savoured as your new favourite Gin & Tonic with premium tonic water. Finish with a pickled garnish.
