The Chardonnay vines here are around 25 years old, located on the hillside of Corton (facing due south) on the ‘Le Rognet et Corton’ climat, benefiting from plenty of sunshine and a clay-limestone soil. On the nose, thiswine offersfloral aromas of acacia and hawthorn, with a subtle background of cinnamon. On the palate, it is exceptionally long, with flintstone notes that give it a fine minerality. Its great ageing potential (between 5 and 10 years) makes it a wine of choice for lovers of great white wines!
