Distilled with nine carefully considered botanicals, Cotswolds Dry Gin is a London Dry with an aromatic twist. Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, local lavender, bay leaf, hand-peeled fresh lime and pink grapefruit zest, cardamom and black peppercorn are distilled in a copper pot still, resulting in a rich and robust, award-winning gin.

Cotswolds Distillery does not remove the essential oils in their gin as these create a rich flavour and mouthfeel. As a result, the gin forms a unique pearlescent cloud when ice or tonic is added, and it tastes delicious!

Set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, Cotswolds Distillery has been producing Outstanding Natural Spirits since 2014. Our small team of distillers make Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky and Cotswolds Dry Gin every day, with a passion for quality and flavour above all else. We also produce a number of other small-batch spirits and liqueurs.

We believe in doing things properly. We use traditional methods and equipment, but with a fresh attitude and an attention to detail that ensures that everything we produce is made to the highest possible standard. It means it’s rarely easy and never cheap, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
