Cotswolds Founders Choice Single Malt Whisky is a cask strength release from our founder Dan’s favourite casks: shaved, toasted and re-charred American Oak red wine barriques. These uniquely active casks give a rich and intense maturation to the distillery’s fruity spirit, offering toffee, oak and red fruits, and a beautiful, deep colour.

Set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, Cotswolds Distillery has been producing Outstanding Natural Spirits since 2014. Our small team of distillers make Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky and Cotswolds Dry Gin every day, with a passion for quality and flavour above all else. We also produce a number of other small-batch spirits and liqueurs.

We believe in doing things properly. We use traditional methods and equipment, but with a fresh attitude and an attention to detail that ensures that everything we produce is made to the highest possible standard. It means it’s rarely easy and never cheap, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
