Cotswold Single Malt Whisky is the first single malt whisky from not only the Cotswolds Distillery but is also the first from the Cotswolds countryside. This limited release is small batch made using 100% floor-malted local barley. It undergos long fermentation and double distillation followed by premium barrel oak aging to create this luxurious, rich English whiskey.
