Thisbrutsparkling wine is distinguished by its finesse and freshness. It expresses itself in a sharp and fresh register. The nose reveals lots of fresh fruit, citrus, apple and apricot. The palate offers more fruit, energy and a delicate texture, ending with a long finish. This Crémant de Loire is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs well with shellfish, delicate fish, mature cheeses such as Beaufort, and fruity desserts.
