This Crémant de Savoie is obtained by slowly and gently pressing the grapes, eliminating the first and last juices so that only the heart of the press is ageing. After pressing, the must is settled for 24 hours. This is followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled. Eachgrape varietybrings its own particularity to this cuvée: the first brings a fresh, lemony, aniseed flavour, the second peach and pear aromas, the third ripe fruit and roundness. Long ageing on laths (24 months minimum) gives it fine, harmonious bubbles. Enjoy it with dessert.
