Here, everything has been done to produce a top-of-the-range crémant that is good, fresh and elegant. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed to age the wine and give it all its noble notes. The wine is matured for 5 months in vats, then bottled for a second fermentation and finally laid down on its lees for a minimum of 12 months. This meticulous process gives this crémant fine bubbles and a fine nose with notes of apples and pears. On the palate, the wine develops great freshness with notes of toast, giving it balance and character. A crémant like this will be perfect as an aperitif, but will also accompany an entire meal.
