Crème de Cassis Gabriel Boudier is the emblem of the house, produced in Dijon since 1874 according to a traditional recipe. It embodies excellence and authenticity thanks to a rigorous selection of fruit, exclusively Black Burgundy blackcurrants, renowned for their aromatic intensity. The berries are macerated whole in neutral alcohol to extract all their natural aromas, without the addition of artificial flavours or colourings. The fruit concentration, well above standard levels, gives this liqueur an exceptional richness on the palate and a velvety texture. It is ideal for the famous Kir or Kir Royal, but also in creative cocktails or in cooking.
