Epesses Crêt- Bailliis a refined red wine born on the sunny terraces of Lavaux. Made from 100% Gamay and produced by Maison Luc Massy, it elegantly expresses the richness of its terroir and the expertise of its winemaking. After maceration for around fifteen days, it is aged for nine months in barrels, which gives it structure, depth and complexity. Its deep colour precedes an intense nose of red berries, enhanced by a touch of sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is supple, the texture round and balanced, carried by fine tannins and a beautiful freshness. This harmonious wine can be kept for up to 10 years, gaining in elegance over time.
