Situated in southern Burgundy and, under the guidance of Paul Brunet, the Cave de Lugny has, over the past twenty years, been making some of the best Cremant to be found in France. This Cremant de Bourgogne is made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, resulting in a methode traditionelle with great finesse and style, and a soft, ripe and balanced fruitiness. They are one of the few producers who believe in an extra period of bottle-ageing before release on the market. (abv 11.5%)
