The Cremant du Jura l’Autre wine is is intense on the nose. Elegant effervescence, fresh attack, brioche bread on the palate and superb finish.

You’ll get the best of both worlds with this wine; a classic profile that comes with an unmistakable purity which is the result of the excellent, low intervention work by Domaine Pignier.

The vineyard is located in the Val de Sorne, Jura facing south, south-east. Clay-limestone soils.

Exclusively manual harvest with sorting in the vineyard and rapid transport in small boxes so as not to hurt the grapes and thus vinified without S02. Chardonnay Coming from a low yielding plot.

The base wine is aged in oak for 12 months without sulfur. The bubbles were triggered by re-fermenting fresh must from the same plot, that came from following harvests. The wine spent 30 months ageing on fine lees. Zero dosage, zero sulphites added. Brut Nature.
