Le Domaine de l’Idylle is a story written by the Tiollier family. For this cuvée, they used the endemic Savoyardgrape variety : Jacquère! This superb grape variety grows on a hillside that is very sunny. A rich terroir, with clay-limestone soils formed by scree. Cuvée Cruet is fruity, with citrus and apple aromas. We also find notes of white flowers and a very fine minerality on the finish, plus a lovely light acidity.
