The second vintage of the Reserva white is the Cune Blanco Reserva 2020, a style of wine produced by the house in the 1950s and 1960s â€?dry wines matured in casks with Viura grapes, seeking more tension and working harder in the selection of oak. Without malolactic fermentation, this white has a classic spicy, smoky aroma profile with notes of dried flowers and camomile. It was fermented in a combination of concrete and oak vats and barrels, then matured in French oak for 18 months. It’s medium-bodied with juicy fruit that makes it rich and easy to drink, accompanied by hints of white tea. A wonderful companion for the table.
