Joseph Perrier has sustained its signature and identity through six generations of managers, all from the same family. Each leader has shaped the Maison-s future with their own personality and commitment. Fruit of its founders’ legacy and their successors’ ambition, Champagne Joseph Perrier is expressed today through a variety of cuvées. The RoyaleBrut Blanc de Blancscuvée has a glistening pale yellow colour with delicate green touches. The nose is floral, offering notes of apricot and mirabelle plum in equal measure. The palate is vibrant and fresh, followed by beautiful tangy flavours of squeezed citrus. Then the spiced flavours appear, cinnamon and vanilla with delectable biscuit notes and a yuzu finish. The cuvée will pair very well at the start of a meal with refined, light dishes, or even with a carpaccio of sea bass or a ceviche of sea bream.
