Cuvee DD is called after Stephane Tissot’s father, Andre “DD”, and is made from a blend of 40% Trousseau, 30% Poulsard and 30% Pinot Noir from the Domaine’s Biodynamic vineyards in Arbois.You’ll find a strikingly lively wine that is made with the precision and quality that Domaine Tissot is known for; a complex nose full of ripe red fruit leads to a wide and round palate with lush flavours of raspberry, bright, ripe cherry and hints of purple flowers and spice. We recommend serving it chilled and open 15-20 minutes before drinking. Excellent to sip on its own or to accompany roast/grilled poultry dishes or mild cheese. The allocation of this wine is very limited due to the low yield.
