The result is a very attractive wine with pleasant aromas of acacia honey and candied citrus, the palate is slender with good tension, It could almost remind you of champagne without the bubbles. We recommend serving chilled (around 8-10C) and serving with a variety of dishes such as creamy poultry, baked fish and cheese bakes.
