The D18 cuvée is a single vineyard cuvée, named after the road between Col and Calce where the estate is located, surrounded by beautiful slopes. The wine is a blend ofGrenacheBlanc and Gris and the emblematic Roussillongrape variety , Maccabeu. It is aged for 18 months in casks before being bottled. On tasting, it is a sapid, salty white with a refreshing bouquet of citrus and candied yellow fruits. On the palate, it is divinely flavourful, both round and mineral.
