Inspired by some of the Double IPAs brewed across the Atlantic, its name refers to the novel by American author Jim Harrisson, in which the heroine is named Dalva. With an intensely aromatic and gourmet nose, focused on cereals, honey and very ripe yellow fruit, Dalva is an undeniably unique beer! The palate is gourmet, even suave, with a rich body and very fine effervescence. Fruity, resinous hops balance a wave of citrus fruit (tangerine, orange) and apricot stone, with a hint of sugar. This double IPA also has an incomparably long palate that will delight your guests at the best of times.
