DameHonneur2020–ChâteauLagrezette

Dame Honneur is a selection of the best parcels belonging to Château Lagrezette. It’s produced from the oldest vines on the estate, planted on the upper terraces of the Lot and on the Causse plateau. The wine is aged for 22 to 24 months in new oak barrels, before being blended by the wine maker, Michel Rolland, then bottled at the château. It displays a nose of long-lasting black cherry, plum, liquorice, vanilla and cinnamon aromas. On the palate it is velvety and has a full body with tannins found at the finish. A great vintage that can improve with age for over 20 years.
