Dandelion Pride of Fleurieu Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine from a single vineyard in Southern Australia’s Fleurie Peninsula. The warm Medierranean-like climate allowed for optimal grape ripening, resulting in a complex and bold Cabernet Sauvignon that captures the region’s best qualities.

A rounded palate of blackberries and dark forest fruits, then the natural drying tannins catwalk through, as if by three or four gear changes. This textural effect makes it a very complete Cabernet Sauvignon, plush enough with all those rich blackberry fruits; yet stern enough with Cabernet’s tannins bringing formality.
