Del Duque has a deep golden color from its long aging in barrels. It offers sharp aromas from its time under flor yeast, along with nutty scents like nutmeg from the Palomino grapes. Surprisingly delicate, it tastes dry and powerful, with a well-structured and long finish.

BEHIND THE WINE

Del Duque is a distinguished VORS Amontillado, aged for an average of 30 years in American oak barrels using the traditional criaderas and solera system. Its solera, which dates back over three centuries, began with 16 barrels bought from the Duke of Medinaceli in 1835
