The grapes were picked at optimal maturity, pressed directly into tank and bottled 3 months later. Expressive aromas of tropical fruit, ripe green apples and vanilla pod.The sip is vibrant and full of life – Juicy and focused. It’s a harmonious, accessible wine that is far too easy to drink with a low 10.0% abv. It is also an absolute bargain! coming from a throughly biodynamic estate and carefully vinified by the expert (and experienced) hands of Berthold Haider.We recommend opening some 10-15 minutes before serving chilled.
