Sans This is the bright gold coloured, slightly fresher, lighter alternative to Delord’s Rouge Floc de Gascogne. Made in a similar fashion by blending partially fermented grape juice with one third Delord Armagnac, for the Blanc, grape varieties like Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng are used. The blend is then matured for around three to nine months â€?depending on your source.
