Since the De Martino family settled in Isla de Maipo in 1934, they have specialised in producing wines that are notable for their sense of place, purity and balance – and this organic Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception! It has notes of ripe mixed berries, tobacco leaf and spices. The palate is very smooth with soft, fine-grained tannins complemented by an intense fruit core with a crisp acidity leading to a lingering finish. It is the perfect accompaniment to flavoursome pasta dishes, pizzas or grilled meats.
