The De Martino Tres Volcanes comes from Chardonnay grapes sourced from a vineyard in Malleco (one of Chile’s most southern wine regions), located between the Andes and the Nahuelbuta Mountain Range. With its marginal climate, high rainfall and short growing season, it is a challenging region for grape growers. However, a smart winemaker like Nicolás Peréz knows that this is the perfect spot for creating crisp, fresh wines. This Chardonnay has a mellow texture, with clean, focused flavours and a nice compromise between richness and linear freshness.
