This wine is an exceptional example of Quintarelli’s expertise, transforming partially dried grapes (appassimento method) into a rich, complex and refined nectar, revealing depths of ripe black cherries and wild berries, enhanced by a hint of blood orange. Rich and voluptuous, with a silky smoothness that is balanced by a beautiful acidity, it offers interesting ageing potential. Ideal with rich desserts such as chocolate cakes, fruit pastries or blue cheeses.
