Denbies Cubitt Blanc de Blancs 2014 English Sparkling Wine is composed of exclusively hand-picked Chardonnay from the hillside vineyard of the Denbies Estate in Surrey. During winemaking, a gentle pressing and a slow, cool fermentation takes place to ensure premium quality is maintained. The wine is then ages on the lees for 6 months and then a further 40 months on lees in the bottles to allow complexity to build.
