The Moulin à Vent vine, “Dernier Souffle” is just next to the cemetery of Romanèche-Thorins. These 60-year-old Gamay vines have been worked in 2007 and are harvested by hand. With this granite soil, they give a structured wine that is made with a balance of fruit and tannins. This cuvée Dernier Souffle 2023 is matured for 8 months in French oak barrels. A lovelyorganiccuvée that is both fruity and balanced, which deserves all the attention of Gamay lovers!
