Sans This wine is predominantly made from Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Chardonnay grapes added for finesse. A buoyant lacy mousse slowly subsides to reveal a salmon pink coloured base that’s finely threaded by a very persistent bead. Attractive strawberry and peach scents meld into baked bread, citrus and yeast lees notes. Mouth watering peach and raspberry fruits have a racy feel with some lively citrus and chalky mineral characters sitting in the background. Crisp acidity finishing dry and invigoratingly fresh.Alc. 12.5%
