A blended cuvée: Bianco Gentile, Brustiano, Genovese, Rossola Bianca and Vermentino, grown on granite sands. The vines are 60 years old and farmed biodynamically (certified by DEMETER since 2000), with horse ploughing, green cover between the rows, and sheep grazing through the winter. Vinification: hand picking, low yields, direct pressing, prolonged maturation for this bottling, in 600-litre barrels that have seen several wines. Light filtration, sensible use of sulphur. A cuvée for connoisseurs.
