Domaine Comte Abbatucci, a pioneer in biodynamics for over 20 years, produces the Diplomate d’Empire cuvée on a unique terroir composed of granitic arenas. This white wine, made from Vermentino, Brustiano, Bianco Gentile, Genovese and Rossola Bianca grape varieties, has a clear colour with green and golden highlights. On the nose, it exudes delicate aromas of white and yellow flowers, chamomile, broom and lemon, followed by notes of peaches, mirabelle plums and ripe melons. On the palate, the attack is lively and frank, with a full and silky texture, aromas of ripe yellow fruit and spices. With remarkable freshness, harmonious balance and notable persistence on the palate, this wine has mineral notes and a beautiful salinity. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood or dishes based on fresh vegetables.
