Sans Pours with a moderate mousse that dissipates relatively quickly to reveal a very pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing good persistence. The nose exhibits top notes of citrus and fresh apple followed by some toasty characters. Light and crisp the palate delivers delicate flavours of pear and apple followed by some subtle yeasty characters on the back palate.
