The Zweigelt vom Loess should be a fruity, light red wine, but overall it is more powerful and dense than the selection. The grapes of the “vom Löss” are divided in summer, so that there is a strong reduction in yield. As a result, the grape material is much more mature, but the wine never becomes fat, only more concentrated.
