Clément Gilles, the man behind the Negocé “Club des Terres” is based in the Ardéche and focused on Ardéch varieties / expressions. This is, therefore, a slight deviation however an interesting one. A tiny quantity made, Dogo 2020 is focused and somewhat of a powerful wine for its 12.0%. Expect a classic Chardonnay flavour on a soft yet direct profile. We recommend served serving chilled.
