Tasting Notes For Dolum Estates Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

2022 Dolum Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has expressive aromas displaying roast plum, dark rose florals, chocolate, dark fruit, cinnamon and some sweet toasty oak.

Intensity is first and foremost. It unfurls in the glass, revealing dark plum and black truffle scents infused with warm summer berries. Perfectly uniform acidity, wholly refined tannins, with silken texture, all in a sense of tranquility.

James Suckling Review – Rated 92:The nose is dark-fruited and perfumed, with aromas of wild blackberries, potpourri and dried thyme. The palate is full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, giving notes of dark plums, tobacco and mocha. Will benefit from time in the bottle. Drinkable now, but best from 2028.
