From the idyllic south-east facing vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé, this wine is made to be savoured with good food and friends. By using sustainable vineyard management, Damien Martin (young winemaker of the year 2020) has gently nurtured the old vines to develop intensely flavoured fruit, with which he can make exceptional wine. By then aging it in traditional small Burgundian barrels, he has managed to successfully retain the freshness of the wine whilst also adding a smooth, creamy, and savoury finish.
