But these uncompromising wine-growers are far more interested in making a wine in their image, without being constrained to use the prescribed grape varieties. A resolutely modern wine to follow closely! The nose gives off intense aromas of dark fruits such as blackberry. On the palate, the delicacy of the tannins lends the wine structure without impairing its elegant, silky texture. The finish is superb and long, with aromas of dark chocolate and dark fruits.
