A zingy and refreshing dry white wine with green apple, lemon citrus and herbaceous notes on the nose and the palate. Made by a small independent wine maker, it offers masses of flavour at a sensible price. Easy drinking and pairs well with fish, seafood, shellfish, salads, white meats and light sauces.
