At Domaine des Mailloches, the Cabernet Franc vines thrive across three unique soil types: Sandy clay, Gravel and Clay limestone. This diversity in terroir gives each bottle a nuanced complexity, as winemaker Samuel Demont skillfully balances these soil influences to create a wine of remarkable depth. The Vieilles Vignes (Old Vines) range is a true expression of heritage, made from vines aged between 80 and 100 years.
