An exceptional rosé born in the heart of Baux-de-Provence. From a clay-limestone terroir, this wine reveals all the richness of its grape varieties:Grenache , Cinsault,Syrah , Rolle, Mourvèdre andCabernet Sauvignon . The vines, which are on average 35 years old, offer a unique concentration, enhanced by hand-picking and rigorous sorting. The wine’s salmon-coloured œil-de-perdrix colour heralds an exuberant nose, where ripe citrus fruit and white fruits intertwine with finesse. On the palate, the aromatic power is fully expressed: notes of apple, pear and citrus fruit coat a full, structured body, balanced by a lovely freshness. A gastronomic rosé, to be enjoyed within its first two years. Ideal with a tomato and mozzarella di Buffala salad with basil or a chilled gazpacho, it celebrates the elegance and authenticity of Provence wines.
