Terres Blanches Rouge 2020 is a powerful, elegant wine made from a blend of 60%Syrah , 18%Cabernet Sauvignon , 14%Grenacheand 8% Mourvèdre grown on clay-limestone terroir. Hand-picked grapes and partial barrel ageing reveal aromas of garrigue (cloves, thyme, laurel) and ripe black fruit, with subtle notes of plum and fig. On the palate, a fine balance between liveliness and richness, with fruity (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spicy (pepper, garrigue) flavours, and a lingering finish marked by liquorice bitters. A wine of great power and elegance, to be aged for 7 to 8 years, ideal with roast poultry and roast potatoes.
